Position: HR Assistant

Location: Periyakulam, Theni (Near Vaigai dam)
Work Mode: Onsite only
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 1–2 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily human resource operations, including recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR processes and a good understanding of statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data
• Support payroll processing by coordinating with the accounts team
• Help in preparing letters, reports, and HR-related documentation
• Assist with PF, ESI, and compliance-related tasks
• Coordinate employee engagement and internal communication activities
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Commerce or equivalent
• 1–2 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing or service sector)
• Knowledge of MS Office and HR software tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
