  • Oversee office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees.
  • Handle asset management, ID cards, and access control systems.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for maintenance, security, and other admin services.
  • Support management in organizing meetings, events, and documentation.
  • Handle payroll inputs, salary processing coordination, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS).

Required Skills & Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

4–5 years of experience in HR and Admin roles.

Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRMS).

Strong organizational and multitasking ability
