Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Assistant, based in New Delhi. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including HR management, HRIS, benefits administration, and training. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, managing employee benefits, and supporting training and development programs. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Skills in Benefits Administration
• Experience in Training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the technology or defense industry previously is a plus
