The Software Engineer of Implementation will be a dynamic and highly skilled Software Engineer specializing in Java-based software implementation. In this role, the engineer will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and deploying our Java-based solutions for clients. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, seamless integration, and high-quality deliverables that meet customer requirements. What you’ll be doing? Development Implement projects assigned to the clearinghouse development staff. Ensure assigned projects are executed within established timeframes, and according to SOS coding standards and best practices. Submit code for review of clearinghouse management and ensure all proper testing has been carried out. Participate in clearinghouse training on the concepts of the clearinghouse business and technical environment. Proactively work to optimize the performance and reliability of clearinghouse systems and customer processes Other duties as assigned. Support work through clearinghouse assignments: Troubleshoot processes when defects or malfunctions arise. Identify, implement, test, and deploy fixes for defects and malfunctions. Communicate professionally with internal and external customers to understand issues and provide timely support and resolution.
