Human Resources Assistant

Role Overview: As a Jr. HR Assistant at Carysil Limited in Bhavnagar, your core strengths will be focused on end-to-end recruitment & onboarding process, learning & development, HR policy formation & implementation, employee engagement, ISO audit & social audit, and knowledge of HR software like Spine HR. You will be expected to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office applications. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions for open positions - Support end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening and coordinating interviews - Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process - Facilitate the onboarding process, including induction programs and documentation - Maintain recruitment and onboarding records - Coordinate internal and external training programs - Maintain training calendars and records - Support in assessing training needs and evaluating training effectiveness - Implement performance appraisal systems using Spine HR or other HR software - Coordinate review cycles and ensure timely completion of appraisals - Support HR leadership in performance improvement initiatives - Organize employee engagement activities and events - Maintain a positive work environment and culture - Manage employee records, files, and HR databases - Provide support in HR policy communication and implementation Qualification Required: - Education: MBA / IRPM / MSW / MHRD / MLW - Experience: 1 to 3 years (preferably in a manufacturing unit) - Languages: English, Gujarati, Hindi,
