Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources and Client Acquisition Coordinator located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for managing HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and implementing HR policies & involves in client relations as well. The role also involves supporting the team with recruitment processes and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in Benefits Administration
• Employee Relations and HR Policies proficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in an HR role is highly beneficial
• Client acquisition is a Big plus
