Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Assistant with 1 year of experience to support daily HR Function. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of HR processes and ability to manage multiple open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.

Post job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.

Support attendance tracking and leave management.

Help in planning employee engagement activities and events

Assist in maintaining HR compliance and policies.

Handle employee queries with professionalism and confidentiality

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or related field).

1 year of experience in HR operations or recruitment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and work with attention to detail.

Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
