1. Maintain tracker of compliance DCM tool.
2. To report to Plant HRBP on how various laws, company policies, and guidelines are being implemented.
3. Assisting the team in acquiring different licenses, permits, and returns that are relevant to different statutory bodies, such as the Directorate of Health & Safety, ESI, and EPFO,
4. To examine the bills with regard to receive from manpower contractors | skill development centers and ensure timely payment of wages | stipend
5. To coordinate in investigations with Safety Manager on reportable industrial accidents and submit the report to top management.
6. Review different labour laws and applicable acts & rules in consultation with the company’s IR advisor and legal counsel to ensure the company follows all of these regulations.
7. Implement policies approved by the top management and to give justification or suggestions while enforcing certain policies that are in law.
8. Maintain harmonious relationship with all the stake holders | employees without compromises on laid-down rules and policies.
9. Maintain industrial democracy by forming various committees like, safety committee, food committee, grievance handling committee, discipline committee, etc., with workmen and management participation.
10. Organize periodical committee meetings and submit report to HRBP.
11. All time preparedness of statutory and compliance audit as per schedule or whenever asked by the Management.
12. Work closely in obtaining / renewal of various statutory license and permits pertaining to CLRA, BOCW Act, Inter-State migrant Act etc., Also monitor periodic renewals of all applicable permits / licenses.
13. Third party payroll inputs to be given every month coordinate with the consultant, check & confirm the data, preparing & sending to finance department for Bank Advise etc.
14. Handling performance appraisal process and rolling out increment letters. Ensure availability of up-dated job description
15. Supporting Employee Engagement Activity like Festival Celebrations, Events, Awareness programs, Sports competitions.
16. Coordinate with Corporate /Site for providing Trainings for employees related to Organizational developments.
17. Handling of QMS Events like (Change Control, Deviation, CAPA & Investigation, SOP revision) through Track wise. Job role assigned in Compliance wire as HR –Head and Alathur common curricula. Alathur-Investigator.
