Job Summary

At Bluphlux, we are seeking a dynamic and innovative Human Resource professional specializing in Talent Acquisition to join our team. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will leverage cutting-edge Language Models (LLMs) to streamline and enhance our hiring strategies, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize advanced Language Models (LLMs) to rank resumes and match candidates with job descriptions accurately.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for various roles within the organization.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement them within the organization.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports to track progress and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI-driven recruitment tools and technologies.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
