Job Title: HR Recruiter- VIMS Gajraula

Location:

HR Recruiter Medical

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment for Medical College positions as per NMC guidelines.
Source, screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews for faculty (Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors), senior residents, junior residents, and clinical staff.
Maintain updated knowledge of
NMC norms, eligibility criteria, teaching experience, and sanctioned posts
.
Create and maintain talent pipelines for medical, clinical, and academic roles.
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, MIS, and compliance documentation for inspections.
Manage job postings, advertisements, campus recruitment, and vendor coordination.
Support HR operations including joining formalities, credential verification, and faculty records.
Ensure all recruitment processes meet accreditation, regulatory, and institutional standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in HR, MBA (HR), or related field.
Experience in Medical College & Hospital recruitment is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of
NMC norms, medical faculty qualifications, and staffing requirements
.
Experience in hiring: Professors, Associate/Assistant Professors, SR/JR, Consultants, Paramedical & Nursing staff.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and urgent hiring needs.
Strong understanding of medical job portals, sourcing channels, and recruitment databases.
