Ensuring effective hiring processes across MAHE Bengaluru by :
- Defining plan to recruit the right talent based on priorities and propose recruitment activities to make it happen
- Staying updated on the Institution hierarchy, joiners/separations and laws regarding employment practices
- Tracking and maintaining annual recruitment subscriptions to job portals, create & maintain a network of consultants & closures of open positions along with cost-effective hiring.
- Tracking & ensuring hiring costs are within budgets
- Evaluating various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals to attract candidates
- Monitoring complete adherence to the mandated interview process for all Institutes
- Ensuring candidates get a timely revert on their candidature post the Interview meeting/call
- Maintaining ongoing MIS of recruitment
- Ensuring mandatory processes are followed prior to release of offer
- Post graduate in HR Management
- Effective communication & negotiation skills
- Adaptable to change and willingness to learn
- Team player
