Role & responsibilities

Developing and Implementing Quality Standards:

Research and Development:

Quality executives are typically tasked with researching and developing new processes and procedures for achieving quality goals.
Analyzing Data:

Quality executives often analyze performance data and metrics to ensure that quality goals are being met.
Implementing Training Programs:

Quality executives are responsible for implementing training programs, either internally or externally, to ensure employees have the knowledge and skills needed to meet quality standards.
