As a Full-Desk Allied/Pharma Recruiter , you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle , supporting top healthcare and pharmaceutical clients across the US About the Role: As a hands-on full desk Allied/ Pharma Recruiter you will be responsible for Recruiting, Sourcing & Pipelining for all our Pharma, Allied clients. What will you be doing day to day? Conduct Full Desk Recruitment from sourcing, phone screening, negotiating, extending job offer Screen, select and submit candidates to job orders within a defined discipline. Have a clear understanding of the job requirements. Building Talent Pools/pipelines for bulk hiring needs Ability to function in a global team environment Strong consistency and attention to detail Strong time management skills ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Your Skills: Strong work ethics must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done Must be disciplined to work independently from home Must be Social Media Savvy and be up-to-date with recruitment trends Social Media and non-conventional recruitment experience Be Persistent and Have Never Give Up attitude towards roles that others were unable to fulfill.
