Role & responsibilities Understand hiring requirements and create job descriptions Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles based on job criteria Conduct telephonic or initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels Follow up with candidates and internal teams throughout the recruitment cycle Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers Ensure timely closure of open positions Collaborate with HR team on onboarding and documentation processes Provide regular hiring status updates and reports to stakeholders
