Role & responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through research and networking Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, pre-sales, delivery) to tailor solutions as per client needs Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations Negotiate terms and pricing to close profitable deals Track sales performance and generate regular reports for management review Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking sessions Guide and mentor junior business development executives when required
