Role & responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through various channels (calls, emails, online platforms) Reach out to potential clients to present company offerings and solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solutions Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with clients Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets Maintain and update client data in CRM systems Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into business opportunities Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management.
