HR RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions Coordinate hiring processes, including assessments and references REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting) Strong interviewing skills and experience with recruitment processes Excellent communication and interpersonsal skills EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field SKILLS: Good time-management skills Strona decision-making skills
