Job Description

What your role will entail:

Support in implementing recruitment strategy and drive the recruitment and selection

process right from sourcing to hiring

Create a database of candidates and pipeline for potential candidates and
Maintaining various Recruitment dashboards
Assisting HR team in filing and maintaining employee files and records
Assisting HR team in walk in drives and campus placement

What you need for this Position:

Experience:

Candidates with minimum1 year of Recruitment experience are preferred. Fresh MBA HR

graduates can also apply

Knowledge/Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in the use of the MS office toolkit
Ability to connect with Colleges/Institutes for talent sourcing

Education:

Bachelors/Master’s degree (Preferably in Human Resources)
