HR Recruuiter

Roles & Responsibilities:

an HR professional responsible for strategic, long-term recruitment to find and hire top talent for an organization

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies

    : Create long-term plans to attract and retain talented employees.
  • Source and screen candidates

    : Find potential employees through various channels and screen them for suitability.
  • Manage the hiring process

    : Oversee the entire hiring cycle, including interviews, offers, and onboarding, to ensure a smooth experience for candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers

    : Work with other departments to understand their specific talent needs.
  • Build talent pipelines

    : Proactively create a pool of potential candidates for future roles, especially in competitive fields.
  • Provide market insights

    : Research and provide information on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity.
  • Promote employer brand

    : Represent the company at events and through recruitment initiatives to attract candidates.

  • Communication:

    Ability to write clear job descriptions and speak persuasively and professionally with candidates and clients.
  • Active listening:

    The capacity to truly hear and understand what candidates and hiring managers are communicating, including underlying needs and concerns.
  • Relationship building:

    Skill in establishing trust and rapport with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
  • Negotiation:

    Proficiency in securing competitive offers for candidates.
  • Confidence:

    The assurance to represent a company and its opportunities effectively.
  • Empathy:

    Understanding and sharing the feelings of others to build better connections.
  • Patience:

    The ability to manage a long and sometimes complex hiring process.
  • Adaptability:

    Flexibility to adjust to changing market conditions and company needs.

Hard skills

  • Sourcing:

    Identifying and attracting potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other platforms.
  • Interviewing:

    Conducting effective interviews to assess a candidate's skills and fit for a role.
  • Technology proficiency:

    Competence in using recruiting software like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other digital tools.
  • Analytical skills:

    Ability to interpret data, track metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Sales and marketing:

    Understanding how to "sell" a job opportunity and build a strong employer brand.
  • Organizational skills:

    Managing multiple job openings, candidates, and tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate degree in HR, , or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant payroll experiencein Recruitment and Talent acquistion fileld
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good knowledge in Computer skills
  • Only Female candidate is prefered
