About the Role

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for construction and project-based positions (HVAC, MEP, Civil, Electrical, Site Engineering, Supervisors, Technicians, etc.).
Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, databases, networking, references
, and internal talent pools.
Conduct initial
screening, assessment, and shortlisting
of candidates as per job requirements.
Coordinate
interviews, follow-ups, and feedback
with hiring managers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hires.
Manage candidate pipeline and provide accurate daily/weekly recruitment reports.
Handle offer negotiation, documentation coordination, and onboarding assistance.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of recruitment experience
, specifically in
construction/project-based hiring
.
Proven track record in closing
technical and field-based roles
.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

Prior experience recruiting for
HVAC, or MEP industry
roles is an added advantage.
Strong networking and talent-mapping capabilities.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
