Job Description

HR Recruiter

Location: Remote

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1 years of experience
in bulk hiring recruitment.
Experience in BPO/Non Tech hiring will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring across multiple roles (Customer Support, Sales, Operations, etc.).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and other innovative channels.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet role requirements.
Coordinate and conduct walk-in drives, campus recruitment, and mass hiring events.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for immediate and future requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role specifications and workforce planning.
Meet
daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets
within set timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in
bulk/mass hiring
(preferably in BPO/KPO/ITES sector).
Strong sourcing and networking skills across multiple platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure recruitment drives and meet strict deadlines.
Knowledge of ATS, job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Shine, etc.), and social recruiting..
