Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for voice and non-voice processes in a fast-paced BPO environment. The role requires strong expertise in bulk hiring, sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, and ensuring manpower fulfillment as per business timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning

Understand manpower requirements from operations and business heads.

Plan and execute recruitment drives for various BPO processes.

Develop innovative sourcing strategies for volume hiring (job portals, campus, walk-ins, referrals, social media).

Build and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.

2. End-to-End Recruitment

Handle sourcing, screening, assessment, interview coordination, and final selection.

Manage walk-in drives, job fairs, and campus recruitment events.

Ensure joining formalities, background verification, and smooth onboarding.

Maintain TAT (turnaround time) and hiring quality metrics.

3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Manage external recruitment agencies and ensure SLA adherence.

Coordinate closely with operations and training teams for manpower planning.

Provide regular hiring status updates and MIS reports to management.

4. Metrics & Compliance

Maintain dashboards on offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and attrition during training.

Ensure recruitment process compliance with company policies and statutory norms.

Analyze data to improve hiring efficiency and reduce cost per hire.

5. Branding & Engagement

Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.

Organize job fairs, campus engagement, and digital campaigns to increase visibility.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong experience in bulk / volume hiring for BPO (voice & non-voice).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Analytical and data-driven approach to hiring.

Proficiency in job portals, social media hiring, and HR systems (ATS).

Qualification & Experience:

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.

512 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a Call Center / BPO environment.

Prior experience managing a recruitment team and large-scale hiring targets.
