Job Description

developing and executing campus recruitment strategies, building relationships with universities, and managing the end-to-end hiring process for students and recent graduates

Responsibilities

Strategy and planning:
Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies, including social media campaigns, and partner with marketing to enhance brand presence.
University relations:
Build and maintain relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations at target universities.
Event management:
Organize and attend campus events such as career fairs, information sessions, and recruiting presentations.
Candidate management:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and facilitating the offer process.
Collaboration:
Work with hiring managers to understand their needs and translate them into effective recruitment plans.
Data and reporting:
Track key recruitment metrics, analyze data to measure effectiveness, and provide reports to the team.
Candidate experience:
Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding:
Support the onboarding of new hires to ensure successful integration into the company.
