Job Description

You will be responsible for planning the manpower needs of the company by following recruitment guidelines. Additionally, you will be required to design and execute an effective induction program for all newly hired employees. Your role will involve strategizing and executing performance appraisals, staff replacements, transfers, and providing advice on employee salaries, wages, and benefits in order to attract and retain a highly motivated workforce. It will be your responsibility to establish and maintain a proper grievance handling system within the organization. You will also need to stay updated with labor laws and statutory requirements, ensuring compliance by contractors if they are appointed. As a member of the negotiating committee on labor relations, you will participate in developing pre-negotiation strategies and plans. Furthermore, you will be tasked with managing staff absenteeism effectively.,
