You are a dynamic HR Generalist responsible for managing and maintaining day-to-day HR operations and implementing HR processes. Your role involves being an excellent communicator, proactive, and possessing excellent organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: - Screening and interview scheduling for recruitment - Handling all generalist activities - Managing joining & exit formalities, attendance, leave management, grievance handling, employee engagement, and database management - Conducting salary negotiations & appraisals - Utilizing good computer and email communication skills - Demonstrating excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality Qualification Required: - MBA/BA in business administration, social studies, or a relevant field; further training will be a plus - Proven experience in HR positions - Proficiency in MS Office and Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong ethics and reliability The company is seeking individuals with 6 months to 2 years of experience, possessing good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Note: Freshers will receive a salary as per industry norms, while candidates with 1-2 years of experience are also eligible to apply.
