We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to oversee day-to-day HR operations and implement HR processes. As an HR Generalist, you will need to be an excellent communicator, proactive, and possess exceptional organizational skills. Your responsibilities will include recruitment tasks such as screening and scheduling interviews, as well as participating in various generalist activities. You will also be responsible for handling joining and exit formalities, attendance and leave management, grievance handling, employee engagement, and database management. Additionally, salary negotiation, appraisals, and maintaining good computer and email communication skills are essential requirements for this role. Qualifications and Experience: - MBA/BA in business administration, social studies, or a relevant field; additional training is a plus - Proven experience in an HR position - Proficiency in MS Office and Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong ethics and reliability - 6 months to 2 years of experience - Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi This position is for an experienced Human Resource professional and is a permanent role with one current opening. The salary for this position will be as per industry norms for freshers and for candidates with 1-2 years of experience.
