Designation: Junior HR Recruiter (Internship)
Role: Full-Time – Internship (3 to 6 Months)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Junior HR Recruiter Intern to support end-to-end recruitment and HR operations at The Qwerty Ink.
In this role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for both IT and non-IT positions.Along with recruitment tasks, you will gain exposure in HR operations, including onboarding support, attendance coordination, and documentation handling.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in HR while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social platforms, and referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
• Assist with attendance records and basic HR operational tasks.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth recruitment and employee support processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR/Business/Commerce or a relevant field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR functions.
• Ability to multitask and work with deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Mandatory Skills

• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Strong sourcing interest
• Discipline and willingness to take initiative
