As a Recruitment Coordinator at the company, your role will involve maintaining partnerships with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, hiring agents from the market, and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure agent staffing goals are achieved. You will also be responsible for communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process of agents, developing recruitment-related documents, and reviewing applications and the interview process. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain partnership with hiring managers to determine staffing needs - Hire agents from the market - Maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure agent staffing goals are achieved - Communicate employer information and benefits during the screening process of agents - Develop recruitment-related documents - Review applications and interview process Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in recruitment or HR is preferred - Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices In addition to the job responsibilities, the company offers flexible working hours and a stipend of RS. 3000 - 8000 /- (Performance-Based). Please note that the stipend will only be provided if targets are achieved.
