During the screening process of agents, you will be expected to effectively communicate employer information and benefits. Additionally, you will be required to develop recruitment-related documents and oversee the review of applications and the interview process. The working hours for this position are flexible. The stipend offered ranges from Rs. 3000 to Rs. 8000, and it is performance-based. It is important to note that the stipend will only be provided if the targets are achieved. Furthermore, this role emphasizes the significance of certifications and their importance in enhancing one's professional profile.
