Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience handling core HR functions, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll processing and attendance tracking.
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
• Conduct employee engagement activities and assist in performance reviews.
• Address employee queries and ensure HR policies are followed.
• Prepare HR reports and assist in audits or compliance activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (recruitment or generalist role).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR software/tools.
• Comfortable working in night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).

Work mode – Work from office

Interviews timings - 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm
