Job Description

As an HR Manager at our company, you will be responsible for handling End-to-End Recruitment processes with proven expertise. You will work closely with the company CEO and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that benefit the company and promote more efficient work from employees. Your key responsibilities will include: - Directing all hiring and training procedures for new employees - Administering or changing benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc. - Monitoring employee progress, staying abreast of company climate and culture to ensure a positive and productive environment - Coordinating and directing work activities for managers and employees - Fostering cross-functional relationships and ensuring proper connections between managers and employees - Conducting regular progress reviews and assessments with employees, addressing any issues or grievances they may have - Promoting a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable expressing concerns - Managing and supervising other HR staff, assigning tasks effectively and ensuring proper execution - Understanding and adhering to all relevant labor laws Qualifications and Requirements: - Comfortable working in a highly visible role - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills - Honest, ethical, and dependable - Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes - Positive, go-getter attitude - Expertise in stress management and making crucial decisions under pressure - Attentive listener with understanding, empathy, and a personable approach - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of management experience in HR - Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, and various HR software programs including HRIS - A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, motivated to educate and connect department managers and employees on all HR matters You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and growth. Your educational background should include a Degree in HR or any Graduate degree for UG and Post Graduation in Human Resource (MBA/HRM) for PG.
