Job Description

As an HR Manager at our company, you will be responsible for various aspects of human resources management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Screening candidates, conducting telephonic interviews, and scheduling face-to-face interviews - Planning, organizing, and conducting orientation sessions - Handling recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation, and benefits - Managing joining formalities and issuing offer letters - Conducting performance appraisals and reviews - Managing full & final settlement and exit processes - Coordinating with the finance division for settlements - Overseeing day-to-day HR operations - Developing an employee-oriented company culture focused on quality, development, and high performance - Maintaining records and data in the company's software - Collaborating with various HODs for smooth functioning - Monitoring performance and gathering post-training feedback to assess training effectiveness Qualifications and skills required for this role: - B.Tech/BE in any branch (Electronics, Mechanical, IT, CS, or Biotechnology) with a minimum of 65% or 6.5 CGPA (mandatory) - MBA or PGDM in Human Resource with a minimum of 65% or 6.5 CGPA (optional),
