Role Overview

HR Manager

strategic HR initiatives with hands-on execution

Key Responsibilities

1. People & HR Operations

  • Lead full-cycle

    Talent Acquisition

    for business functions and critical hires.
  • Conduct

    HR audits

    and design organizational structure (organogram, JDs, KRAs, KPIs, OKRs).
  • Benchmark compensation structures using market intelligence.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain updated employee records.

2. Onboarding, Learning & Development

  • Design and implement

    employee induction programs

    .
  • Partner with leadership to roll out

    performance management systems

    .
  • Drive

    role-based L&D initiatives

    linked to OKRs and KPIs.

3. Talent Management & Critical Hiring

  • Oversee

    internal audits

    of existing employees.
  • Manage

    critical and consultant-based hiring

    (Finance, L&D Experts, etc.).
  • Track progress with status updates for leadership.

4. Policy Development & Compliance

  • Draft and align policies on

    attendance, leave, WFH, rotational shifts

    .
  • Implement

    performance frameworks (DIP/PIP)

    .
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

5. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Develop and execute a

    monthly HR Ops calendar

    for engagement activities.
  • Design

    feedback and retention mechanisms

    (surveys, stay interviews, upskilling).
  • Drive initiatives to strengthen

    culture, recognition, and career growth

6. Leadership & Governance

  • Define and implement a

    RACI framework

    for organizational clarity.
  • Partner with leadership to integrate HR strategy with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in

    HR, Business Administration

    , or related field.
  • 5–15 years of progressive HR experience

    , with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in

    Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Policy Frameworks

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    performance management systems (KRA/KPI/OKRs)

    .
  • Proven stakeholder management at leadership levels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a
