Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our real estate company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and experience working in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate industry.

2. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.

3. Benefits and Compensation: Develop and administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
