Human Resource Manager

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Human Resource Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, building a strong company culture, and helping us attract and retain top talent.

If you’ve worked with Web3 companies before - it’s a huge plus. If not, a willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-moving blockchain space is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle—recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.

• Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs and source talent across marketing, business development, events, and tech.

• Drive employee engagement and build a strong organizational culture aligned with Octaloop’s mission.

• Manage payroll, benefits, and HR documentation.

• Handle conflict resolution, employee relations, and performance improvement plans.

• Support team-building initiatives and internal events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience (startup or events industry experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in India.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with Web3 or blockchain companies is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
