Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future business needs.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues promptly.

3. Relationship Building

  • Foster strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs and business growth.
  • Represent the company in HR and business partner meetings.

4. Employee Engagement & Development

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
