Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Manager located in Kolkata. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies, conducting employee performance reviews, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include training and development, overseeing benefits administration, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Experience in HR Policy Development and Implementation
• Performance Management and Employee Relations skills
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance
• Training and Development capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in BPO/ITES industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
