Job Description

Job Summary:

Human Resource Manager Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networking
Conduct interviews, assessments, and background verification
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and critical roles
Manage recruitment agencies and external hiring partners
Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent
Oversee onboarding activities and ensure smooth new hire integration
Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies
Negotiate offers and manage overall candidate experience

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience
in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing methodologies
Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously

Salary / Budget:

6,00,000 – 7,00,000 per annum
