As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for staying updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards. You will oversee IT recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees. Your role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures. Additionally, you will maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information. Handling employee relations and resolving any workplace conflicts or issues will be among your key responsibilities.
