✅Job Description:

🔹 Position: HR Manager

🔹 Location: Dehradun (Work from Office)

🔹 Experience: 3–7 years (preferably in professional services or corporate setup)

 🔹 CTC: Rs. 5,00,000 Per Annum

✅Key Responsibilities:

🔹Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and compliance

🔹Develop and implement HR policies and processes

🔹Drive performance reviews, employee engagement, and retention initiatives

🔹Ensure smooth coordination between management and staff

🔹Handle confidential and sensitive matters with maturity and integrity
