Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead our human resources function. This role is responsible for overseeing all HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and organizational development. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to ensure that HR aligns with the business strategy and drives a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures fairly and legally.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Implement performance management systems, succession planning, and training programs.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance and standardization.
• Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount trends) and present reports to leadership.
• Support organizational change and drive initiatives related to culture, diversity, and engagement.
• Manage and mentor HR team members, if applicable.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience handling employee relations and performance issues.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
