As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Part-Time HR Manager to oversee all HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the overall success of our team.

Job Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time HR Manager to handle all aspects of human resources for our 40-person team. This role will involve managing hiring processes, sending offer letters, onboarding new hires, handling terminations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that the companys HR strategy aligns with its goals, providing support and guidance to employees throughout their employment lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities


1. Offer Letters & Contracts:


Prepare and send formal offer letters and employment contracts to successful candidates.

Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with labor laws.


2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:


Oversee smooth onboarding of new employees, including orientation, training schedules, and document management.

Manage offboarding processes for departing employees, including exit interviews, termination paperwork, and compliance with relevant policies.


3. Employee Relations:


Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.

Foster a positive work environment and address conflicts or concerns promptly.


4. Compliance & Policy Management:


Ensure the company complies with labor laws and employment regulations.

Maintain and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures as needed.


5. Performance Management:


Support the leadership team with performance management, including assisting with performance reviews and employee development plans.


6. Payroll & Benefits Administration:


Collaborate with finance and benefits providers to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely administration of employee benefits.


7. General HR Administration:


Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Monitor and track attendance, sick leave, and other employee data as required.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in HR, ideally in a small-to-medium-sized company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours


This is a part-time role with flexible hours. You need to sync up with the CEO and team managers. The expected time commitment will be 20 hours per week.
