Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their wedding needs, and converting leads into confirmed bookings for our photography and videography services. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our wedding photography & videography services. Explain our packages, pricing, and offerings clearly and confidently. Understand client requirements and tailor the pitch accordingly. Follow up via phone, WhatsApp, and email to keep leads warm and engaged. Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Achieve monthly targets for lead conversions and sales closures. Coordinate with the creative and bookings team to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English, Telugu & Hindi Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly. Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven. Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems is an advantage.
