Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization to drive HR strategies. This role will involve recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR policy implementation, and performance management. Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process Develop and update job descriptions and specifications Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires Maintain employee records (attendance, benefits, leaves, etc.) Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related issues Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures Support performance management processes and employee evaluations Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations Coordinate employee engagement and training initiatives Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with Finance Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate HR data reporting
