Job Description

Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Identify emerging HR trends and recommend proactive measures to address current and future challenges.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Implement performance management systems and processes to assess employee performance and development needs.
Coordinate the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops, both inhouse and externally.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Ensure employee handbook and other HR documents are up-to-date and communicated effectively to employees.
Prepare regular reports for management on HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and employee engagement scores.
