Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes from start to finish
  • Handle employee lifecycle activities including documentation, training, and exit formalities
  • Oversee performance management systems, goal-setting, and appraisal cycles
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws such as PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements
  • Implement HR policies and practices across departments
  • Address employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Coordinate with accounts/payroll teams for salary processing and related inputs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management or HR generalist roles
  • Good understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance procedures
  • Proficient in using HRMS tools and MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Kannada proficiency is mandatory (able to read, write, and speak fluently)
