Job Description

As an HR Intern at our company based in Bangalore, you will have the opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to various aspects of Human Resources. Your role will involve working on HR operations, recruitment coordination, project management, and stakeholder engagement. By actively contributing to impactful HR initiatives, you will enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - **HR Operations** - Support day-to-day HR operational activities such as employee data management, documentation, and record maintenance. - Assist in preparing HR reports, maintaining employee files, and ensuring accuracy in HR databases. - Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with internal processes. - **Hiring Coordination** - Facilitate the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining hiring trackers. - Assist in resume screening, shortlisting, and providing support to the hiring teams for timely closures. - Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the selection and onboarding process. - **Coordination for New Projects and Initiatives** - Collaborate with HR leadership and other departments to support new HR programs and people-related initiatives. - Assist in research, data analysis, and documentation for projects related to employee engagement, learning, and performance. - Contribute creative inputs and ensure seamless execution of planned initiatives within set timelines. - **Stakeholder Management** - Build effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners to support HR objectives. - Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure alignment, timely updates, and issue resolution. - Prepare meeting notes, follow-up reports, and assist in coordinating reviews and presentations. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Education: Postgraduate degree (or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions. - Execution: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setup. - Learning Mindset: A proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to new areas of HR. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with HR software/system is a plus.,
