Job Description

As an HR Intern at Indianeers Media Pvt. Ltd., you will be an integral part of our team supporting HR and program operations for our Skill Development Projects. Your role will involve various responsibilities such as sourcing trainers and project staff, managing recruitment processes, maintaining talent pipelines, onboarding new hires, and contributing to HR policy development. Your active participation in employee engagement activities and internal training programs will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support in identifying and sourcing trainers, facilitators, and project staff through diverse recruitment channels. - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and handle candidate communication efficiently. - Maintain and update a talent pipeline to meet the staffing needs of ongoing and upcoming skill development projects. - Assist in the preparation of offer letters, HR record maintenance, and facilitation of induction sessions for new hires. - Ensure a seamless onboarding process for trainers and project associates. - Contribute to the creation of HR policies, documentation, and compliance adherence. - Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement initiatives. - Coordinate internal training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Management, or a related field. Additional Company Details: Indianeers Media Pvt.
