Role Overview:

The Human Resource Intern will support core HR operations with a primary focus on recruitment coordination, database management, and process optimization. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a fast-paced startup environment while working closely with the founders.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Database Management

- Maintain and regularly update HR databases, recruitment trackers, and employee records.

2. Candidate Communication

- Communicate with shortlisted candidates regarding selection status and recruitment processes via phone calls.
- Ensure professional and timely follow-ups.

3. Confidentiality & Integrity

- Handle sensitive HR information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

4. Process Improvement

- Update and maintain the HR knowledge information system to streamline processes.

5. Initiative & Innovation

- Take initiative and suggest innovative ideas to enhance HR operations and productivity.
