Human Resource Intern

An HR Intern supports the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation, helping interns build a strong foundation in human resource management.

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in

  recruitment activities

  (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates)
• Support on boarding

  onboarding and induction

  processes for new hires
• Maintain and update

  employee records and HR databases

• Help prepare

  HR reports, letters, and documentation

• Assist in organizing

  training programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities

• Support

  attendance, leave, and payroll coordination

  (as applicable)
• Handle basic

  employee queries

  and provide HR support
• Ensure compliance with

  company policies and HR procedures

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of

  HR concepts and practices

• Strong

  communication and interpersonal skill

• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
